Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school education or equivalent
  • Prior experience as commercial delivery or route driver preferred
  • Possession or ability to acquire Class A or B driver’s license
  • Ability to pass drug screening
  • Physical capability to perform lifting and carrying duties
  • Adherence to safety protocols and use of PPE
  • English proficiency in written and spoken forms

Job Qualifications

  • Valid commercial driver’s license
  • Clean motor vehicle record
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of local routes and geography
  • Ability to pass DOT drug screening
  • Technological proficiency with handheld devices
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to use pallet jacks and dollies
  • Good judgment and decision-making skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Conduct pre-trip inspections and report safety or repair issues
  • Maintain proper vehicle fluid levels and cleanliness
  • Operate vehicle safely and comply with local driving regulations
  • Deliver products timely and ensure product safety
  • Maintain inventory accuracy for route products
  • Provide excellent customer service and promote brand sales
  • Use company technology for inventory and route management
