Job Requirements
- Minimum high school education or equivalent
- Prior experience as commercial delivery or route driver preferred
- Possession or ability to acquire Class A or B driver’s license
- Ability to pass drug screening
- Physical capability to perform lifting and carrying duties
- Adherence to safety protocols and use of PPE
- English proficiency in written and spoken forms
Job Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver’s license
- Clean motor vehicle record
- Strong customer service skills
- Sales experience preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local routes and geography
- Ability to pass DOT drug screening
- Technological proficiency with handheld devices
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to use pallet jacks and dollies
- Good judgment and decision-making skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and report safety or repair issues
- Maintain proper vehicle fluid levels and cleanliness
- Operate vehicle safely and comply with local driving regulations
- Deliver products timely and ensure product safety
- Maintain inventory accuracy for route products
- Provide excellent customer service and promote brand sales
- Use company technology for inventory and route management
