As an integral part of the Amazon logistics network, MOGO Logistics operates as a delivery services company specializing in handling a diverse range of products from everyday parcels to large goods requiring assembly or installation. Their fleet includes company vehicles such as 16 and 24-foot box trucks, provided to their delivery associates to facilitate smooth operations without the need for a commercial driver's license (CDL).

Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- At least 21 years of age for drivers and 18 years for helpers
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
- Successfully pass a DOT medical exam for drivers
- DOT training and certification provided
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to work full-time, part-time, temporary or seasonal shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in delivery or logistics is advantageous but not required
- Ability to operate delivery vehicles safely
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting heavy packages
- Comfortable using handheld devices and technology for routing
- DOT medical certification for drivers
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Team player with a proactive attitude
Job Duties
- Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times
- Strong customer interactions
- Enjoy completing tasks with hands
- Review shipments requiring assembly/installation and determine if additional training videos are necessary
- Use a handheld device for routing information and customer delivery information
- Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area
- Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions
- Load and unload packages to be delivered
- Be customer obsessed and strive to deliver packages and smiles
- Perform physical tasks including lifting packages up to 70 lbs and moving packages up to 300 lbs with a helper and material handling equipment
- Get in and out of the van and walk up and down stairs during your shift
