Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Prior experience in delivery or warehouse operations preferred
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Physical ability to lift and move materials
- Strong time management and organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- Ability to inspect, maintain, and operate a motor vehicle
- Ability to load and unload a delivery truck from ground level or platform
- Ability to read and do math to correctly access warehouse materials for order picking, properly deliver orders, and correctly complete all paperwork
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Physical capability to handle loading and unloading in varied environments
Job Duties
- Legally operate a motor vehicle and maintain a driving record that meets company standards
- Load all order fulfillment materials onto truck for delivery and unload at delivery
- Deliver or pick up merchandise to or from customers and suppliers promptly, efficiently, and in a professional manner
- Perform daily inspection and maintenance on company vehicle
- Communicate any vehicle mechanical problems to direct supervisor
- Maintain records related to deliveries and vehicle operations
- Assist in the development of sales by supporting customer interactions and timely deliveries
