Job Requirements
- No commercial driver’s license (CDL) needed
- At least 18 years old (21 years or older to deliver alcohol)
- Access to a car, scooter, or bicycle (in select cities)
- Valid driver's license number
- Social security number (US only)
- Consistent access to a smartphone
- Ability to pass background and ID verification
Job Qualifications
- Ability to use a smartphone and web-based apps
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable access to a vehicle or bike (in select cities)
- Basic knowledge of local geography
- Ability to manage time effectively
- At least 18 years of age (21 years or older for alcohol deliveries)
- Valid driver’s license or equivalent (if applicable)
Job Duties
- Pick up orders from restaurants, grocery stores, or retail locations
- Deliver orders promptly and accurately to customers
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Use the DoorDash Dasher app to navigate and manage deliveries
- Maintain communication with customers and DoorDash support when necessary
- Handle payments and cash out earnings through the mobile app
- Ensure compliance with all safety and delivery guidelines
