Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older (21 or older to deliver alcohol)
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Have a smartphone with consistent internet access
- Access to a car, scooter, or bicycle (bicycle use in select cities)
- Provide social security number for background check (US only)
- Successful ID verification
- Ability to lift and carry items
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous delivery or customer service experience beneficial but not required
- Familiarity with smartphone apps and navigation tools
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Duties
- Pick up orders from restaurants and stores and deliver them to customers
- Manage and track deliveries using the DoorDash Dasher app
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of items
- Communicate professionally with customers and DoorDash support
- Follow all traffic, safety, and delivery regulations
- Handle cash-out process through the app
- Maintain a clean and reliable means of transportation
