Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older (19+ in certain states
- 21+ to deliver alcohol)
- Have access to a car, scooter, or bicycle (in select cities)
- Possess a valid driver’s license number
- Social security number (US only)
- Consistent access to a smartphone
- Ability to pass ID verification and eligibility checks
Job Qualifications
- Ability to follow delivery instructions and navigate using a smartphone app
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of local area and traffic patterns
- Familiarity with smartphone technology and mobile applications
- Responsible and punctual
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Legal age to work (18+ and 21+ to deliver alcohol)
Job Duties
- Pick up orders from restaurants, grocery stores, or retail locations
- Deliver orders promptly and accurately to customers
- Manage deliveries using the DoorDash Dasher app
- Communicate effectively with customers and support team when necessary
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to DoorDash policies and guidelines
- Handle payments and cash out earnings securely
- Use own vehicle, scooter, or bicycle for delivery in compliance with local rules
