Job Requirements
- 18 years or older (21 or older to deliver alcohol)
- possess a valid driver’s license number
- have social security number if in the US
- consistent access to a smartphone
- eligible to work in the US
- use any car, scooter, or bicycle in select cities
- pass background check and identity verification
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior delivery or customer service experience advantageous
- strong communication skills
- reliable vehicle, scooter, or bicycle as applicable
- proficient smartphone user
- ability to navigate and use GPS technology effectively
Job Duties
- Pick up orders from designated restaurants, grocery stores, or retailers
- deliver orders promptly and safely to customers
- communicate clearly with customers and support teams
- manage delivery schedules and routes efficiently
- handle food and merchandise with care
- use the DoorDash app to accept and complete deliveries
