Job Requirements
- Be 18+ years old
- Be 21+ years old to deliver alcohol in certain states
- Have access to any car, scooter, or bicycle (in select cities)
- Provide a valid driver’s license number
- Provide a social security number if in the US
- Have consistent access to a smartphone
Job Qualifications
- Have a valid driver’s license or relevant vehicle documentation
- Be at least 18 years old (21+ to deliver alcohol)
- Have reliable access to a car, scooter, or bicycle (depending on city requirements)
- Own a smartphone capable of running the DoorDash Dasher app
- Demonstrate basic communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to pass background and ID verification processes
Job Duties
- Pick up food, grocery, or retail orders from restaurants or stores
- Deliver orders promptly and accurately to customers
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their orders and delivery status
- Use the DoorDash app to accept, navigate, and complete delivery requests
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude during deliveries
- Follow local traffic laws and safety guidelines while on the road
- Handle payments and payouts through the DoorDash Crimson deposit account system
