Job Requirements
- 18 or older (21 or older to deliver alcohol)
- Own or have consistent access to a car, scooter, or bicycle (scooter or bicycle option is city-dependent)
- Valid driver’s license number
- Social security number if working in the US
- Consistent access to a smartphone
- Ability to pass ID verification and eligibility checks
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old (21 or older to deliver alcohol)
- Valid driver’s license or equivalent for scooter or bicycle use
- Access to a smartphone with consistent internet connection
- Ability to lift and carry items as required
- Basic knowledge of local streets and delivery areas
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Duties
- Pick up orders from restaurants, stores, or other merchants
- Deliver orders to customers promptly and safely
- Use the DoorDash app to manage deliveries and track earnings
- Communicate with customers and DoorDash support when needed
- Handle food and products with care to ensure quality
- Manage your schedule and choose your working hours
- Follow all traffic laws and safety guidelines while on delivery
