Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- ability to read and write in English
- knowledge of company sanitation and alcohol awareness procedures
- capability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment
- excellent interpersonal skills to create a warm and fun atmosphere
- experience in customer service preferred but not required
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games
- keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to company's sanitation procedures
- follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests
- assess guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to the attention of a manager
- make and deliver non-alcoholic drinks to guests
- ensure all drinks are properly garnished and deliver trays to designated tables
- assist in clearing away dishes and glassware and refilling beverages as needed
- assist in bussing and resetting tables
- restock and prepare supplies for shift change or close
- assist in ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery of drinks
- maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items and answer questions regarding food and drink items
- work quickly and efficiently adhering to "full hands in, full hands out" philosophy
- assist other team members as needed
- keep station clean, set up and take down station tables appropriately
- maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company team members
- communicate effectively with guests to generate enthusiasm about the Dave & Buster's experience
- read and communicate in English
- listen to hear guests' orders and needs
- dress in proper dress code, neat, clean and professional at all times
- must be at least 18 years of age
