Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Read and write handwritten notes
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- Walk or stand 100% of shift
- Reach, bend and stoop frequently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in food and beverage serving or customer service roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of sanitation and alcohol awareness procedures beneficial
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
- Capable of standing and moving throughout the shift
- Basic math skills to handle orders and transactions
- Proficiency in English for verbal and written communication
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance, take prompt corrective action where necessary or suggest alternative courses of action
- Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- Adhere to company sanitation procedures
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests
- Assess guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to attention of a manager
- Make and deliver non-alcoholic drinks to guests
- Ensure all drinks are properly garnished and deliver trays to designated tables and other sections
- Assist in clearing away dishes and glassware, and refilling beverages as needed
- Assist in bussing and resetting tables as needed, restock and prepare supplies for shift change and/or close
- Assist in ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery of drinks and responding to guest needs in a timely manner
- Maintain thorough understanding of all menu items and answer questions regarding food and drink items and their preparation
- Work quickly and efficiently adhering to "Full hands in, full hands out" philosophy
- Assist other team members as needed
- Keep station clean, set up and take down station tables appropriately
- Maintain favorable working relationship with company team members to foster cooperative and harmonious working climate and help keep high morale, productivity and efficiency/effectiveness
- Effectively communicate with guests to generate enthusiasm about the D&B experience
- Read and communicate in English
- Listen to hear guests' orders and needs and communicate verbally with guests and team members
- Dress in proper dress code requirements, looking neat, clean and professional at all times
- Must be at least 18 years of age
