- must be of legal age to serve alcohol according to local laws
- ability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- capable of standing and walking for extended periods
- able to lift and carry trays weighing up to 30 pounds
- must maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor
- able to read and understand drink orders
- capable of working in a noisy, fast-paced environment
- willing to maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a fast-paced customer service or hospitality role a plus
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
- strong multitasking and organizational skills
- ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure
- basic knowledge of responsible beverage service practices
- ability to collaborate and work within a team environment
Job Duties
- deliver a wide array of beverages efficiently to guests
- keep bartenders or managers informed of issues or special requests related to drink orders
- ensure timely and accurate delivery of drinks managing multiple orders
- maintain a friendly and energetic demeanor while serving guests
- assist guests with immediate drink-related needs or questions
- maintain a clean and organized work area
- alert management to guest dissatisfaction with drinks or service
