Job Qualifications
- ability to communicate effectively with guests
- ability to read and communicate in English
- knowledge of sanitation and alcohol awareness procedures
- experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to follow company dress code
- minimum age of 18 years
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
- keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to sanitation procedures
- follow alcohol awareness procedures
- assess guest demeanor and alert manager if necessary
- make and deliver non-alcoholic drinks
- garnish drinks and deliver trays
- assist in clearing dishes and refilling beverages
- support bussing and resetting tables
- restock and prepare supplies for shift changes
- check back with guests after drink delivery
- maintain knowledge of menu items
- work efficiently with full hands in and full hands out
- assist other team members as needed
- keep station clean and set up/take down station tables
- maintain positive working relationships
- communicate effectively with guests
- dress professionally
