Job Requirements
- Be at least the minimum legal age for serving alcoholic beverages
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Capability to lift and carry trays weighing up to 30 pounds
- Comfortable working in a busy, noisy environment
- Availability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Good reading and comprehension skills
- Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor consistently
- Ability to bend, stoop, and maintain cleanliness of service areas
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a fast-paced food and beverage or hospitality environment desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service policies
Job Duties
- Deliver beverages quickly and accurately to guest tables
- Communicate with bartenders and managers about any issues, delays, or special requests
- Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor during service
- Assist guests with drink-related questions and direct them appropriately
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Alert management to any guest dissatisfaction
- Practice responsible beverage service and adhere to all alcohol handling policies
- Assist with stocking and organizing bar supplies
- Ensure delivery trays and beverages are presented professionally
- Collaborate with servers and bartenders for seamless service
