Job Duties
- Supervise the preparation of food items, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation across all dining outlets
- Lead and assist kitchen staff, utilizing previous supervisory experience to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- Anticipate needs, evaluate alternatives and solve problems efficiently in high-pressure situations
- Clearly convey information and ideas and effectively listen to and understand issues raised by co-workers and guests
- Work with financial information and basic arithmetic functions to support kitchen operations
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain a clean and safe work environment
