Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hospital or clinical experience preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to unpredictable situations and stress
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent driving record
- Availability to work varied hours including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Commitment to complete the limited tenure assignment

Job Duties
- Assist patients and guests to and from cars, courtesy vans, shuttle buses, or taxis
- Establish and maintain a pleasant and helpful relationship with patients and guests
- Offer direction support, mobility assistance, and answer general questions
- Keep patient loading zones clear
- Transport patients, personal belongings, or selected medical devices
- Call, record, and monitor taxi cabs and courtesy vehicles daily
- Assist and support valet operations and sanitize equipment
- Assist with traffic control in drive-up lanes
- Recover wheelchairs across various hospital and campus locations
