Job Requirements
- a high school diploma or equivalent
- previous hospital or clinical experience preferred
- ability to work independently
- good communication skills
- telephone and human relation skills
- strong problem-solving skills
- ability to adapt to unpredictable situations and stress
- valid driver s license
- excellent driving record
- willingness to work varied hours including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends
- commitment to stay in the position for approximately 24 months to complete the limited tenure
- ability to perform wheelchair recovery at multiple locations
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- assist patients and guests to and from cars, courtesy vans, shuttle buses, or taxis
- offer direction support and mobility assistance
- answer general questions from guests
- keep patient loading zones clear
- transport patients, personal belongings, or selected medical devices
- call, record, and monitor taxi cabs and courtesy vehicles daily
- assist and support valet operations
- sanitize equipment used to support patients
- assist with traffic control in drive-up lanes
- perform wheelchair recovery in hospital floors, clinic floors, hotels, and other on and off campus areas
