- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- must meet FAA medical and safety standards
- ability to lift and carry luggage weighing up to 50 pounds
- pass background check and drug screening
- authorized to work in the United States
- excellent physical fitness

- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure
- proficiency in cross-cultural communication
- completion of JetBlue University training
- knowledge of FAA safety regulations beneficial
Job Duties
- manage cabin experience strategy on each flight
- uphold FAA and JetBlue safety standards
- support guests and crew during all phases of flight with empathy and judgment
- ensure every guest interaction reflects JetBlue's brand values
- participate in immersive paid training at JetBlue University
- apply cross-cultural communication and crisis management skills
- collaborate with team members and leadership to deliver consistent service excellence
