Job Duties

Lead, inspire, and motivate team members including Shift Leaders and Crew
Train new employees through the DHC Training Program
Manage daily restaurant operations including food preparation and customer service
Handle customer concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude
Monitor budget and inventory levels
Assist with ordering supplies and managing cash flow
Support the General Manager in operational and staff management duties
