Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in restaurant management including multi-unit oversight
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations financial management and guest service
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret financial reports and make decisions
- Proficiency in computer systems point-of-sale POS software and Microsoft Office suite
- Flexibility to travel within the Fresno CA district

Job Duties
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple Denny's restaurant units ensuring adherence to company standards policies and procedures
- Implement and maintain consistent operational processes including food quality guest service cleanliness and safety
- Monitor key performance indicators such as sales profitability labor costs and guest satisfaction to identify areas for improvement and take proactive measures
- Recruit train develop and lead restaurant managers and teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve performance targets
- Provide ongoing coaching performance feedback and mentorship to managers and staff promoting a culture of accountability engagement and professional growth
- Develop and manage budgets for the district closely monitoring financial performance and making data-driven decisions to optimize profitability
- Respond promptly and effectively to guest feedback and concerns taking appropriate actions to resolve issues and improve overall satisfaction
