Job Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years' district management experience in the QSR industry
- Knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations and federal and state employment laws
- Demonstrated success in financial management and people development
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Word and Excel
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform all job duties of all positions in the restaurant

- Oversee 5-10 restaurants within a designated region
- drive sales and profitability through effective financial management
- provide guidance and support to Restaurant General Managers
- ensure successful operation of each location
- uphold company policies and procedures
- inspire teams to deliver high-quality food and exceptional customer service
- manage compliance with safety and employment regulations
