Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years managing multiple restaurant locations
- Ability to work 50 hour work weeks or more
- Willingness to be available 24/7 for support
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Professional demeanor and effective leadership
- Commitment to employee development
- Ability to travel between restaurant locations as needed
Job Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in multi-unit restaurant management
- Strong skills in employee training and development
- Ability to work flexible hours including availability outside of standard work times
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet operational and financial goals
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Experience in fast-paced food service environment
Job Duties
- Lead a team of 4 to 6 Wendy's restaurants
- Train and develop all employees to meet Wendy's goals and procedures
- Monitor restaurant performance and implement improvement strategies
- Be available 24/7 to provide support to restaurant teams
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across all locations
- Work approximately 50 hours per week or more based on team performance
- Provide insights and suggestions for company progress
