- Assign vehicles
- Manage chauffeur movement
- Prepare assignments for following shift
- Check airport arrivals
- Prepare maps
- Assist chauffeurs
- Prepare next day schedule
- Maintain vehicle inventory
- Utilize some mechanical IQ for decision making
- Think and process information on the fly
- Multi-task efficiently
- Understand airport operations
- Provide customer service support to chauffeurs
