Job Duties
- Assign chauffeurs
- assign vehicles
- manage chauffeur movement
- prepare assignments for following shift
- check airport arrivals
- prepare maps
- assist chauffeurs
- prepare next day schedule
- maintain vehicle inventory
- exercise some mechanical IQ for decision making
- think and process information on the fly
- multitask effectively
- understand airport operations
- provide customer service support for chauffeurs
- carry out typical office tasks
- demonstrate good telephone voice and etiquette
