Job Requirements

  • Be enrolled in a college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter prior to internship or have graduated within the year
  • Major in hospitality, tourism, restaurant and/or hotel management or similar
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess unrestricted work authorization
  • Provide full work availability
  • Align with The Disney Look appearance guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • College senior, recent graduate, or graduate level student
  • Majoring in hospitality, tourism, restaurant and/or hotel management, or similar
  • Minimum one year demonstrated leadership experience
  • Knowledge of food and beverage industry with passion for guest experiences
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong written and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Strong computer proficiency within a Windows environment
  • Minimum six months food and beverage experience

Job Duties

  • Engaging with guests to uphold Disney's service standards
  • Ensuring operational compliance with food preparation and safety protocols
  • Leading and inspiring front-line employees
  • Managing conflict resolution and guest interaction challenges
  • Collaborating with business partners and internal teams for operational excellence
  • Driving continuous improvement in all operational areas
