Job Requirements
- Be enrolled in a college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter prior to internship or have graduated within the year
- Major in hospitality, tourism, restaurant and/or hotel management or similar
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess unrestricted work authorization
- Provide full work availability
- Align with The Disney Look appearance guidelines
Job Qualifications
- College senior, recent graduate, or graduate level student
- Majoring in hospitality, tourism, restaurant and/or hotel management, or similar
- Minimum one year demonstrated leadership experience
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry with passion for guest experiences
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- Strong written and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong computer proficiency within a Windows environment
- Minimum six months food and beverage experience
Job Duties
- Engaging with guests to uphold Disney's service standards
- Ensuring operational compliance with food preparation and safety protocols
- Leading and inspiring front-line employees
- Managing conflict resolution and guest interaction challenges
- Collaborating with business partners and internal teams for operational excellence
- Driving continuous improvement in all operational areas
