Job Requirements

- Strong customer service skills and etiquette
- Possession of a current Food Handler's Card, where applicable
- Effective communication skills with team members
- Willingness to learn about and properly use various chemicals
- Able to work in varying temperatures, including warm to very warm kitchen environments
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting

Job Duties
- Operate an industrial dishwasher safely and efficiently
- Wash dishes, sweep/mop floors, and clean and maintain all kitchen equipment
- Keep kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils clean and orderly
- Execute proper sanitation practices and adhere to safety procedures
- Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in designated areas
- Empty and clean all trash receptacles regularly
- Assist kitchen staff, including prepping food during busy times
