Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic understanding of sanitation practices
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects
- Ability to follow directions and safety protocols

Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and properly stored
- Maintain restrooms, facilities, and grounds to meet cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Stock supplies for culinary and service teams as needed
- Assist with general kitchen and restaurant cleaning duties
- Follow health and safety guidelines consistently
- Report maintenance issues or hazards promptly
- Support the team with any additional tasks as required
