Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Physical capability to perform repetitive tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Must be able to follow instructions and work independently when necessary

Job Duties
- Ensure dishes and kitchen utensils are cleaned, sanitized, and properly stored
- Maintain restrooms, facilities, and grounds to meet sanitation and guest expectations
- Stock and replenish kitchen and service supplies as needed
- Assist culinary and service teams by providing clean tools and equipment promptly
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols strictly
- Support team members by performing various utility tasks as needed
- Uphold Yard House's cultural values by bringing energy, kindness, and teamwork to every shift
