- ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods and lifting heavy items
- willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties
- wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly
- sanitize dishes and kitchen tools to meet health and safety standards
- maintain restrooms, facilities, and grounds clean and orderly
- stock supplies for culinary and service teams to ensure continuous kitchen operations
- adhere to sanitation guidelines and company policies
- support team members to ensure smooth workflow
- follow safety procedures at all times
