Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in food preparation within the restaurant business preferred
- must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 4 hours in length
- able to lift items up to 40 pounds
- able to follow written instructions
- able to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location

Job Duties
- Cleaning and sanitizing dishes, flatware, utensils and kitchenware
- maintaining proper storage and organization of dishes, flatware, utensils and kitchenware
- complying with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- assisting team members with kitchen and food preparations
- cleaning, preparing and packaging various foods for cooking and serving
- clearing and resetting restaurant tables of dishware and trash and relocating to designated areas
- keeping station neat and clean by using the clean as you go method
- sweeping, wet mopping and/or brushing floors, as needed or directed by manager
- other duties as assigned
