Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are clean and sanitized
- Maintain cleanliness and dryness in the dish area to prevent slips and accidents
- Properly handle and operate dishwashing equipment and cleaning chemicals
- Dispose of waste and maintain organization in the kitchen workspace
- Assist kitchen staff as needed during peak hours
- Monitor cleaning supplies and communicate when restocking is necessary
- Adhere to health and safety standards at all times
