- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- ensure all dishes, glassware, utensils, and cooking equipment are clean and sanitized
- maintain a dry and safe dish area to prevent slips and breakages
- assist kitchen staff with cleaning tasks as needed
- follow all health and safety regulations
- manage dishwashing machines and cleaning chemicals properly
- contribute to a clean and organized kitchen environment
- report any maintenance issues in dish area
