Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned thoroughly
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dish area
- Monitor dishwashing machinery and equipment for proper function
- Keep the dish area dry and safe to prevent slips and accidents
- Dispose of waste and recyclables properly according to restaurant policies
- Support kitchen staff by providing clean dishes and supplies as needed
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines
