- Prior experience in a food service or kitchen sanitation role preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- Maintain a clean and dry dishwashing area to prevent accidents
- Assist kitchen staff by providing clean equipment and dishware in a timely manner
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines and protocols
- Monitor and maintain dishwasher machine functionality
- Dispose of waste and manage recycling as required
- Collaborate with team members to support an efficient and clean kitchen environment
