Job Requirements
- High school completion or an equivalent level of education and experience
- ability to perform repetitive motions
- capability to lift, bend, stoop, walk, push, or pull heavy equipment
- ability to stand for extended periods of time
- physical ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally
- ability to work at a production rate pace entailing constant pushing or pulling of materials
- ability to reach overhead and below the knees including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping

Job Duties
- Sweeps and mops floors
- washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks
- segregates and removes trash and garbage and places it in designated containers
- steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans
- sorts bottles and breaks disposable ones in bottle crushing machine
- washes pots, pans and trays by hand
- scrapes food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on a conveyor to dishwashing machine
- polishes silver using burnishing-machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel, and hand cloth
- holds inverted glasses over revolving brushes to clean inside surfaces
- transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or by use of a hand truck
- sets up banquet tables
- washes and peels vegetables using a knife or peeling machine
- may perform cleaning duties for banquets and conventions
- required to be always in uniform when working on the property including wearing name identification badge
- supports and adheres to the core values, the mission statement, service fundamentals, and guest service philosophy as defined by the company
- performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs
