Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role preferred
- Ability to follow sanitation and safety procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be age 18 or older

Job Duties
- Washes dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwasher or by hand
- Ensures all kitchen equipment and dishes are cleaned to health and safety standards
- Maintains cleanliness of dishwashing area, including floors, counters, and sinks
- Disposes of trash and recycling properly
- Performs other duties as assigned
