- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in dishwashing or food service helpful
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve residents on healthcare and independent residents
- Read and follow cold prep production sheets, portioning salads, fruits and beverages for cafeteria
- Clean and break down dining room trays and healthcare carts
- Assist in dish room washing and putting away dishes
- Clean work areas, tables, cabinets and equipment after each use
- Collect and place garbage and trash in designated containers
- Maintain dining room tables, chairs, condiments, tablecloths, condiment tables clean and filled at all times
