Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, pots, pans, trays, silverware, glasses, equipment, and utensils
- Clean and sanitize kitchen and work areas to meet health and safety standards
- Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine station and three compartment sinks
- Dispose of waste and manage cleaning supplies responsibly
- Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks and support overall kitchen operations
- Monitor and restock dishwashing supplies and equipment as needed
- Ensure compliance with all hygiene and safety protocols
