- Be at least 16 years of age
- previous kitchen experience preferred but not mandatory
- have U.S. work authorization
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 16 years of age
- have previous kitchen experience preferred but not mandatory
- have U.S. work authorization
Job Duties
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes in a timely fashion as they enter the dish room
- practice safe knife handling
- return all cleaned dishes, glassware, and utensils to their proper location
- perform basic preventative maintenance of dishwashing equipment and communicate issues to the Sous Chef and Executive Chef
- remove trash as needed
- assist with food preparation duties as determined by the Sous or Executive Chef
- open and close the kitchen properly following the opening and closing checklist for kitchen stations
