Job Requirements
- Experience as a dishwasher is preferred
- Must have a flexible schedule and the ability to work evenings, weekends and/or holidays based on business demands
- Working knowledge of the practices and procedures of safe food handling and safety practices
- Friendly demeanor and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a team
- Must regularly lift and/or move 50 pounds
- Clean, non-slip shoes must be worn in kitchen area
- Socks must be worn
- Clean pants and shirts must be worn
- No piercings allowed on the clock
- No visible tattoos

Job Duties
- Maintain the highest quality and consistent cleanliness of dishware
- Follow all company procedures
- Load, run and unload dish machine
- Keep machinery clean and report any mechanical problems to immediate supervisor
- Monitor machinery to ensure proper water temperature and chemical use to properly sanitize items
- Bag and haul trash to dumpster
- Maintain adequate levels of detergents and cleaning supplies
- Coordinate with supervisor when ordering is necessary
- Clean food preparation and production areas as required
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager or manager on duty
