The Homestead Culinary Center

A significant growth milestone for Altitude Hospitality Group is the creation of The Homestead, a culinary center located at 9633 Prominent Point in Colorado Springs. Scheduled to open in phases starting March 2025, The Homestead will revitalize the former Pinery North building.

The center will serve as a hub for food enthusiasts and feature Campfire Pizza, a new concept by the company, alongside returning favorites like Till Kitchen, Roost Coffee, Dad’s Donuts, The Mercantile, and Garden of the Gods Gourmet and Catering.

The Homestead will also introduce seasonal recreational activities, including an outdoor skating rink in winter, plus volleyball and pickleball courts in summer, making it a compelling year-round destination.
