Job Requirements
- Ability to sort and rinse dishes effectively
- Ability to hand wash pots and pans
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Ability to safely operate dishwashing equipment
- Ability to perform general cleaning tasks
- Ability to work part-time hours

Job Duties
- Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other utensils and place them in racks to send through dishwasher
- Hand wash dishes, pots and pans as appropriate
- Sort and stack clean dishes
- Change dishwater in dish machine every hour
- Remove trash and garbage to dumpster
- Set up or break down dishwashing area
- Sweep and mop floors
- Conduct general restaurant and restroom cleaning as directed
- Clean up any spills
- Perform various duties as assigned by management
