Job Requirements
- ability to lift 25-70 pounds
- ability to work in a hot and humid environment
- ability to stand and move for periods up to 10 hours
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- willingness to follow safety and cleaning protocols
- no criminal record
- minimum age 18 years
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous dishwashing or kitchen experience a plus but not required
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic knowledge of sanitation standards

Job Duties
- clean dishes utensils glassware pots and other kitchenware thoroughly and promptly
- operate dishwasher machines and hand-wash items as necessary
- maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area including floors and sinks
- sort and organize cleaned items to appropriate storage locations
- assist kitchen staff with basic maintenance tasks and trash disposal
- follow all safety and sanitation protocols consistently
- support the restaurant team by handling other duties as assigned
