Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for majority of shift
- physical ability to bend, stoop, kneel, carry, climb, walk long distances, and twist
- ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and push or move loads up to 100 pounds
- ability to work in varying temperatures and environments with noise and vibrations
- must use protective gloves and eyewear when required
- willingness to comply with all health and safety regulations
- ability to communicate effectively with team members
- must be able to attend required training sessions and adhere to local laws and regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role advantageous but not required
- ability to operate cleaning equipment safely
- knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols
- ability to follow instructions and work independently
- good communication skills
- strong work ethic and reliability
Job Duties
- Clean dishes, pots, and utensils
- clean floors, floor mats, and drains
- sweep and mop kitchen traffic areas
- clean kettles, ovens, hoods, fryers, flat top broiler, and other large equipment
- polish all stainless steel in kitchen area
- safely use chemicals with protective gloves and eyewear
- keep work areas clean and organized
- perform other related duties as assigned
