Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to stand for majority of shift
- ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and move loads up to 100 pounds
- physical mobility including bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing, walking
- ability to work in environments with varying levels of cold, heat, noise, and vibrations
- knowledge of safety precautions and hazard management
- willingness to attend required training
- compliance with local laws and regulations

- ability to inspect and maintain cleanliness standards

Job Duties
- Clean floors, floor mats
- drains, sweeps and mops all major traffic areas of kitchen
- clean kettles, ovens, hoods, fryers, flat top broiler, and spider top
- polish all stainless steel in kitchen area
- use and knowledge of several chemicals with protective gloves and eyewear
- keep work area clean including floor, machine, shelving, carts
- perform other related duties as assigned
