Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or dishwashing preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capacity to lift and carry up to 35 pounds
- Availability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
- Good communication skills

Job Duties
- Keep dish, trash, and floors areas clean and organized to highest health and kitchen standards
- Maintain dish machine by checking chemicals, understanding machine operation, reporting malfunctions, and keeping chemical testers
- Use all sanitizing materials correctly for cleaning
- Check trash periodically and remove if full
- Organize dish area for pots, pans, sinks, and silverware
- Maintain appropriate pace for washing all kitchenware
- Exercise caution handling breakables
- Keep floors clean from spills, grease, and trash
- Assist with kitchen preparation and cleaning tasks
- Maintain professional relationships with coworkers and uphold health and sanitation standards
