Job Requirements
- Tenth grade education or equivalent
- Food service experience preferred but willing to train
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to commit to part-time hours on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
- Availability for shifts from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Job Qualifications
- Tenth grade education or equivalent
- Food service experience preferred but willing to train
- Ability to follow sanitation and safety protocols
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work area
Job Duties
- Manage daily operation of the dish room according to sanitation guidelines
- Perform janitorial functions as required
- Assist in the setup of tray-line for meal service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dish area
- Ensure proper handling and storage of kitchenware
- Support kitchen staff through timely dishwashing and cleaning
- Adhere to safety and hygiene standards at all times
