At the Fairlawn campus, the community offers a range of living options, including independent living, assisted living, nursing care, and memory care.

Independent living features 77 one- and two-bedroom apartments, while assisted living provides 73 one-bedroom and studio units. The nursing care unit comprises 81 units, and the secure memory care area includes 28 units.

The Green location offers 50 independent living suites, 48 assisted living apartments, and 28 memory care units.

Amenities include a fitness center, the Springhill Pub, and a chapel for spiritual services.

The Wadsworth campus features 50 independent living apartments, 29 assisted living units, and 28 memory care studios.

Designed with a modern farmhouse aesthetic, the facility includes a chapel, restaurant-style dining spaces, a fitness center, salon, and outdoor areas to promote resident activity and involvement.
