Job Duties
- wash and sanitize dishes utensils and kitchen equipment quickly and efficiently
- keep dish area clean organized and stocked throughout service
- assist with trash removal sweeping mopping and overall cleanliness of the back of house
- work closely with cooks and team members to ensure smooth communication during service
- follow all safety and sanitation procedures
