Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes in a timely fashion
  • Soak and scrub dishes that require heavy cleaning
  • Remain focused on designated tasks during prime service hours
  • Assist with prepping and support other areas when the station is ready
  • Keep workstation clean and organized
  • Practice safe knife handling
  • Respect co-workers and managers
  • Scrape, sort, and load dishwasher
  • Return cleaned dishes and glassware to proper location
  • Perform basic preventative maintenance on dishwashing equipment
  • Remove trash as needed
  • Assist with food preparation as directed by kitchen leadership
  • Look for ways to be productive during downtime
  • Properly open and close kitchen with adherence to checklists
  • Arrive promptly in full uniform
  • Follow all employee handbook policies
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a positive work environment
